This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. the attention to detail was exceptional. From the well-equipped rooms with a lovely view of the massive garden to the fancy smart TV, they truly thought of everything. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with directions and even offering takeaway menus for local eateries. The breakfast was delicious and served with a view of the garden, making for a perfect start to the day. the value for money at this hotel is outstanding.
All was absolutely okay, nothing we didn't like.

The hotel property was peaceful with BRILLIANT location just off shops as well as Birmingham town centre. I got free upgrade and really enjoyed it. The stay was fantastic, would recommend.

However, the hotel's convenient location next to the dual carriageway makes it easily accessible for travelers heading to Birmingham town centre or the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with mattresses that feel like heaven and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a lovely garden view from some of the rooms and indulge in a delicious breakfast in the dining room with a great view.
One downside to the hotel is the lack of storage space in the rooms, with no drawers or bedside tables to store belongings.
